Back!

So, after some much needed time off I'm back again! Scotland was fun but as soon as we all got back, H got chicken pox. A week of being stuck in the house was too much for her, but she's finally back at school.

Unfortunately the sun was only here for a weekend and it's been raining for the past 48 hours here. I can't believe how miserable it is for May.

Nevertheless I've been out and about on my shoestring budget. Most recently I went to three meetups, took a trip to Versailles and today I saw my lovely friend K at Musée du quai Branly.

It's not often Scotland has better weather than France, but of course it didn't last...

As far as my packed lunches are going it's been a lot of eating avocados on park benches. My hair is super shiny now.
